Full Black Noise Barriers
When you think of noise barriers, you might automatically think of panels made of metal, wood fiber, or concrete, such as "next to the highway".
In addition to these well-known soundproof screens, Silent Walls also offers a beautiful range of Full Black soundproof screens.
Within the Silent Walls FULL BLACK noise barrier range, you will find two solutions: SLIM-LINE and PRO-LINE 100 .
Both product lines offer various soundproof, completely black screen applications for both residential and professional use. Thanks to their efficiency, modularity, and wide range of configuration options, we have a suitable solution for every customer.
SLIM-LINE FULL BLACK
The noise barriers from the SLIM-LINE FULL BLACK range have proven their value for many years in a variety of applications: from soundproofing projects in professional settings such as car washes, supermarket parking lots, retail outlets, around pumping stations, gas stations, and even in small and large private gardens.
However, various options are available, including photo printing, personalized logos, or parking directions. The noise barriers can also be stacked up to a height of 3.5 meters.
With measured and actual dB reductions (after installation) between 14 and 23 dB, the panels from the SLIM-Line FULL BLACK range manage to reduce your noise perception by up to 60%!
PRO-LINE 100 FULL BLACK
The PRO-LINE FULL BLACK sound panels are developed and produced in-house for areas with high noise pollution.
This is why they are mainly installed in cases of noise pollution caused by professional activities, such as noise pollution at loading and unloading docks, busy car parks, (heavy) industrial activities, dog kennels, noise pollution from pumping installations, etc.
The basic panel consists of a heavy acoustic multi-layer rock wool core of at least 100 to 120 mm, specifically produced for Silent Walls, with a wind-absorbing top layer.
The acoustic core will be tuned to the source and the desired result.
This acoustic core will be clamped using our own designed black Silent Walls aluminium profiles.
The basic finish is provided with a black PE net.
Here too, however, there are various optional options, including: with a photo print, personalized with a logo or parking instructions.
Depending on the project and wind load, the panels should be mounted between at least IPE 160 / HEA 180 posts or heavier.
Values of the basic panel according to EN-1793 :
Highly insulating: minimum 27 dB B3 / 35 dB RW
Highly absorbent: minimum 11 dB A3
