Our wooden sound panels go much further and also eliminate traffic nuisance, neighborhood nuisance, noise from a busy playground, train traffic, humming heat pumps, and more.
Our wooden sound panel range consists of a SLIM -LINE and PRO-LINE product line, with soundproofing solutions for private individuals and professionals.
SLIM LINE WOOD
The SLIM-LINE wooden noise barriers are perfect for both residential and professional applications, where both efficiency and aesthetic appeal are paramount. With measured and actual dB reductions (after installation) between 10 and 18 dB, the SLIM-LINE range reduces noise perception by up to 50%!
SLIM LINE WOOD
The panels are provided with a beautiful and durable wooden finish on one or both sides with a horizontal grooved pattern.
Depending on the project, one finish may be more suitable than another.
These panels can also be provided with a black/green, plantable finish on one side.
The core of the panels is fitted with a rock wool core customised for Silent Walls, fitted with wind-absorbing felt.
The panels are extra reinforced to be stacked up to a height of 3500 mm.
The panels are designed and produced in our own workshop so that the panels can be tailored in terms of aesthetics and core for each specific project.

PRO-LINE WOOD
Our PRO-line wooden sound panels are perfect for specific situations requiring EN-1793-1 (up to 23dB) / EN-1793-2 absorbing (up to 11dB) panels. They are suitable not only for government agencies, but also for residential clients with varying sources of noise pollution, retailers, supermarket parking lots, fast-food drive-ins, and industrial facilities.
Depending on the situation, we install these PRO-line wooden panels against finely planed hardwood profiles measuring at least 96x96 cm or against/between galvanized and/or powder-coated hollow sections, alu-coated or HEA profiles. The profile selection and foundation method are always adapted to the circumstances and/or the relevant studies.
The panels can be mounted up to a height of 4500 mm.
As our own manufacturer, we can offer you the Marbella, Wood , and the very popular Wood 70 variants within our PRO-Line range, a nice selection of beautiful and highly efficient sound panels.
PRO-LINE 100 CLOSED WOOD
The acoustic core is fitted with a rock wool core specially produced for Silent Walls, which is provided with a wind-absorbing top layer and additional insulators.
Panels are fitted with Silent Walls profiles in a RAL colour of your choice.
Because we produce these panels in our own workshop, we are very flexible when it comes to aesthetic finishing and adjusting the core per project.
The panels have a choice of single- or double-sided, horizontal wooden finish.
The panels are extra reinforced and can be stacked up to a height of 4500 mm.

Very good absorption: up to DLA 14dB
In project setup measured reductions of up to 21 dB
PRO-LINE 100 WOOD 70
The panels are provided with a high-pressure impregnated and planed open, double-sided, uniform slat structure of 70 mm h.
A black-painted metal reinforcement frame is fitted behind the slatted structure. The core consists of a heavy, 100 mm thick rock wool core, protected on both sides by a black, fine-mesh net.
The panels are equipped with black painted mounting tabs. Thanks to the added reinforcements, the Wood 70 panels are also suitable for planting.
The panels are also optionally available with a black painted metal sheet applied on one side between the rock wool core and the open slatted structure. A matching top slat completes the panel set.
PRO-LINE 100 MARBELLA
The panels have the same basic structure as the Wood 70 panels, but the slatted structure is randomly provided with various widths, ranging from 40 to 90 mm.
This gives the panels more of a garden screen effect.
The Marbella panels also offer the option of adding an additional black painted steel plate to one side.
SONO CLASSIC
The screen is fitted with high-pressure impregnated and planed panels made from FSC-certified wood.
The panels are extra reinforced and fitted with an acoustic core consisting of mineral wool.
The panels have an attractive, classy appearance, partly due to the tongue and groove connection of the vertical slat structure.
The entire screen is fitted with an attractive cover strip.

SONO ONE SIDE
The screen is fitted with high-pressure impregnated and planed panels made from FSC-certified wood.
The robust panels feature an acoustic core made from mineral wool.
The aesthetic panels, with a natural look, are finished with attractive wooden covers, partly due to the tongue and groove connection of the vertical slat structure.

Highly insulating: up to RW 27 dB* !! Result according to ISO 717-1
