A motorway, railway tracks, loading and unloading zones, sports fields, playgrounds, parking lots or garages, ... Silent Walls acoustic sound panels for industrial applications provide a noise reduction of up to 80% , very widely applicable in various sectors and industries.
We distinguish between metal cassettes, Pro-Line XL panels and Pro-Line XL custom panels.
All products meet strict noise standards and are therefore widely applicable, in terms of type of noise pollution, height and configuration.
ACUSTIMODUL AC 80
These industrial sound panels are ideal for controlling noise pollution from heavy pumps. The panels are perforated on one or both sides. We provide mounting options depending on the situation: against hardwood profiles, between IPE/HEA profiles, self-supporting, or custom mounting pieces. Connectors, cover caps, reinforcements, and additional accessories are available. Both horizontal and vertical mounting is possible with this version.
The panels are only available with a coating matching RAL 9002.

PRO-LINE XL
The ecological PRO-LINE XL sound panels are developed and manufactured in-house for areas subject to high noise levels. They are therefore primarily installed in areas subject to noise pollution from professional activities, such as loading and unloading docks, busy parking lots, (heavy) industrial operations, dog kennels, noise pollution from pumping stations, and more. These panels are also extremely suitable for very low frequencies.
The base panel consists of a heavy acoustic multi-layer rock wool core of at least 100 to 120 mm, specifically produced for Silent Walls, with a wind-absorbing top layer.
The acoustic core will be tailored to the source and the desired result. This acoustic core will be clamped in place using our own Silent Walls aluminum profiles (available with an optional lacquer finish).
The basic finish is provided with a green or black PE net behind the galvanized smooth steel net.
However, there are various options available, including: providing a photo print, personalized with a logo or parking instructions.
Depending on the project and wind load, the panels should be installed between posts of at least IPE 160 / HEA 180 or heavier. Specific modifications for heavy industry are possible: other alloys of our profiles, specific profile coatings, modified, stiffer PE mesh, additional protective layers for the acoustic core, etc.

PRO-LINE XL - CUSTOM
The XL - Custom panels are panels that are specifically developed and produced according to prescribed specifications, both in the use of materials, acoustic values, design, mounting techniques, etc. These panels are suitable for a very broad spectrum from very low to very high frequencies.
Adjust the specific acoustic core to obtain increased values in relation to the desired report.
Adding grounding strips, lips, logos, etc. is possible.
